Designed to showcase our local food system, Taste provides the opportunity to experience the Valley’s most imaginative cuisine from its finest chefs, meet its most dedicated farmers, and purchase its freshest locally grown ingredients.

This FREE festival features a Lehigh Valley-wide farmers’ market, zucchini 500 race, milking station, workshops and demonstrations, games and contests, movies, children’s arts area, live music, and more! Come eat, play, shop, and explore.

Take the local foods experience further in our exclusive Tasting Room (tickets required), where restaurants will showcase their culinary expertise and feature at least two ingredients sourced from Lehigh Valley farms. Local wineries, distilleries, breweries, and specialty food producers will also provide samples of their distinctive products in the Tasting Room.
