This four session workshop is all about business plan development. The course is designed to take you through a step by step process to create a business plan or update your current plan. The four sessions are Planning for Business Success, Marketing your Products, Services and Company, Financial Management of your Business, and Financing.
Begins January 14th and continues each Thursday through February 4th, 2016. Dates include 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, and 2/4.
