Young Grower Alliance Delegation to Visit Nicaragua

The Young Grower Alliance will be traveling to Nicaragua December 3-10th, 2015 to experience cross- cultural sharing of knowledge and growing techniques with Nicaraguan  farmers.

Learn about sustainable agricultural efforts and challenges in the 2nd poorest country in the western hemisphere.  See first-hand, YGA sponsored projects in Nicaragua.

Share skills, knowledge, and techniques with Nicaraguan farmers and YGA sponsored scholarship recipients.  Experience cross-cultural sharing with Nicaraguan families.

Explore the land of Lakes and Volcanos.  Visit beaches, historical sites, museums, crafts markets and active volcanos. Taste tropical fruits and some of the world’s best coffee.
