This is an important seminar all cheesemakers should attend!
We are offering a seminar with representatives from the FDA and PDA. They will discuss the many questions we all have regarding understanding and adhering to required regulations and inspections, existing and forthcoming. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the source.
QC Labs will review milk reports and explain how to interpret the results.
There will be time allowed for questions with each representative. Come prepared with any questions or issues which are important to you regarding your business.
