This Breakfast Seminar will focus on the latest commuter benefit programs including pre-tax programs, van pool opportunities and will include a bonus session about Employer tax credits and New Employee salary subsidies. New laws and recently announced grant programs have made hundreds of thousands of dollars available for programs to help attract and retain employees in Southeastern PA. Attend this seminar to learn how these programs can be implemented at your company to become an Employer of Choice.

Speakers:
Heather Tassoni of Enterprise Holdings will share information about Van Pooling as a Talent Acquisition tool and a money saver for employers and employees. Vista 2025 has a goal to help attract more people to local employers and assist with transportation issues. This information will address some of those issues.

Erin Burke of RideECO will present valuable information about how the RideECO Program helps commuters reduce their costs of getting to work by utilizing pre-tax dollars. This Employer offered benefit helps Employers save money by driving down payroll taxes with every dollar a commuter deducts through RideECO.

Jim Lauckner, Hire One Senior Consultant, will share information that many employers connected with Hire One and the Chester County Economic Development Council’s industry partnerships use to save money and impact their financials. Additional topics will include:

Tax Credits such as the State’s R&D and EITC, On the Job Training Grants, Ramp it Up Manufacturing Program, Additional Energy Savings Programs, Incumbent Worker Training Grants, Jobs Gateway and Vista.Today. The Industry Partnerships at the Chester County Economic Development Council include: the Smart Energy Initiative, the Innovative Technology Action Group and i2n, the Manufacturing Alliance, Ag Connect and Healthcare Partnership.
